Specification

This product is a refractory ceramic silicone rubber. It can maintain the high elasticity and high toughness of silicone rubber at room temperature after curing. It can be ceramicized at high temperature to form a hard ceramic layer. This ceramic layer has high strength and can withstand a certain impact force to ensure the normal work of the product in the fire.

Fire-resistant cables, fire-resistant seals, etc.

Sample preparation conditions: the curing agent is 2,4-Dichlorobenzoyl peroxide,

and the added amount is 1.0% of CSR-70N.

First stage vulcanization conditions: 150℃×10 minutes.
